Reservation & Booking

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by a valid payment.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability

Resort Conduct

• Guests are required to respect the property and follow resort rules.
• No loud music or parties are allowed in rooms after 10 PM.
• Any damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

Liabilities

• Tea Resort is not responsible for any personal injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings.
